How Freight is Calculated

Freight charges are determined by the airline based on the total weight of the shipment (casket plus shipping crate) and required documentation fees. To ensure your booking is secured with the airline, we require payment of an estimated invoice 48 hours before departure. We operate with a strict zero-markup policy: you pay exactly what the airline and freight agent charges us. Once the final weight is confirmed by the freight agent, any overpayment from your estimate is refunded directly to you. Any additional costs are due within 7 days.
