Doctors Fee

In some cases, the attending doctor may charge a small fee for completing the Medical Certificate of Cause of Death or cremation paperwork. Major hospitals and the Coroner’s Office provide this service at no cost. We don’t add anything on — you’ll only pay the doctor’s fee if one applies.
