Reception lounge hire at Purewa for a two-hour booking, including setup time during the chapel service and the reception afterwards. Chapel hire, cremation and catering are separate charges.
- St Johns Lounge: $720 for two hours. Normally paired with All Saints Chapel. Purewa states capacity for 150 people inside and another 100 on the covered patio.
- Lounge of Remembrance: $490 for two hours. Normally paired with All Souls Chapel. Purewa states capacity for up to 100 people, with an outdoor area.
Published lounge capacities describe overall accommodation, not a guaranteed seated dining layout. Confirm seating, guest numbers and availability before arrangements are finalised.
Gattings provides catering in Purewa lounges; self-catering is not permitted. The standard two-hour lounge booking includes setup while the chapel service takes place. Extra lounge time is charged separately, and extended catering staff time may also apply.
